Our story begins in 2000 in Corpus Christi, Texas, when my grandfather decided to share his love for shaved ice with the community. He parked the original Snowie trailer along the marina, right next to the iconic Selena Memorial statue, where it quickly became a cherished gathering spot for locals and tourists alike. It wasn’t just about the delicious flavors; it was about the smiles, the laughter, and the connections formed over a simple cup of shaved ice.

As a teenager, I had the privilege of working with my grandpa during the summers. Those were some of the most formative years of my life. I learned the value of a strong work ethic, the joy of serving others, and the importance of fostering a sense of community. The Snowie wasn’t just a job—it was a way to bring people together and create a little happiness in their day.

Now, I’m proud to bring this same Snowie trailer, and everything it represents, to the Arizona Valley. While the location has changed, the heart of what we do remains the same.
